OTMA’s Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship is a high-level professional development programme designed for experienced managers, directors, and senior professionals who are ready to elevate their leadership impact. Apprentices will explore how strategic decisions influence culture, productivity, and long-term success. Each learner applies new techniques directly within their role, ensuring that development delivers tangible business outcomes from day one.

The programme is delivered flexibly over 24 months, followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment (EPA). Learners benefit from dedicated skills coach support, interactive learning sessions, and opportunities to apply concepts directly to live business challenges.

Funding is, from January 2026, only available if the learner is under the age of 22.
New apprentices at Level 7 who are aged 22 or older at the start of their programme will not be eligible for government funding (including levy funds or co‑investment), with only limited exceptions for; apprentices under 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), or Apprentices under 25 who are care leavers.
